Aspiring to become a Probationary Officer? Understanding the comprehensive selection structure is your first step toward success. The IBPS PO selection process consists of three consecutive phases: Prelims, Mains, and the Personal Interview.
1. IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Pattern
The Preliminary round is a screening test conducted online. Candidates must clear both sectional and overall cut-offs to qualify for the next stage.

The Mains examination features a mix of objective tests and a descriptive writing test evaluated on the same day.
